Forged or pressed sections. When material is forged its properties change. It can be hardened during the process which may or may not be desirable to the customer. Forged materials may require heat treatment to relieve them of this afterwards. We either heat treat in-house or the customer gets a third party to do this.

This gallery contains work that has been bent into shape such as rings, U-Bolts and shackles. Most of our bending is done hot so as the material is not put under as much stress as a cold formed alternative.
